木造軸組工法による省令準耐火構造 | 2010年06月09日
皆さん、ご存知でしたか？
木造軸組工法においても、省令準耐火構造が可能になりました。 ※以下、住宅支援機構より
【これまで、木造軸組工法で省令準耐火構造とするためには、その仕様について、あらかじめ住宅金融支援機構の承認を受ける必要がありました。
この度、木造軸組工法で一定の防火性能が確保できる仕様が普及してきた状況を踏まえ、承認が不要な技術基準を平成２１年１月３１日に制定しました。
これにより、木造軸組工法でも広く一般に省令準耐火構造とすることが可能となり、フラット３５利用時の基礎の高さ、小屋裏換気等の基準の適用を受けないことが可能になりました。】
